Golf Drawings
“My introduction to the Ladies Professional Golf Association was at the McDonalds LPGA Championship in 2004. I made more than four hundred sketches right there. “If Rembrandt were alive today,” I thought, “this is where he’d be.”
This page features an assortment of original drawings dating from 2004 to the present. All are based on my first-hand observation at LPGA events.
A separate web page, Swing One Hundred, displays a long-term work in progress, a suite of one hundred drawings depicting one hundred different participants in LPGA competition. Also, note the link to a pictorial essay on the legendary Rosie Jones.
